Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated 1.75 lakh houses built under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) in the state of Madhya Pradesh on 12 September 2020.
So far 1.14 crore houses have already been built across the country under the programme. In Madhya Pradesh, 17 lakh poor households have also benefited from this scheme till now.
Under PMAY-G, each beneficiary is given 100 per cent grant of Rs 1.20 lakh with a sharing ratio of 60:40 between the Centre and the State. The scheme envisages to construct 2.95 crore houses by 2022.
Work of 18 lakh houses has been completed throughout the country under the PMAY-G and among that 1.75 lakh houses completed in Madhya Pradesh itself.

Ramco Cements, a cement manufacturing company, has commissioned 9 MW waste heat recovery power generating plant at its Jayanthipuram cement plant in Andhra Pradesh.
The Jayanthipuram plant is in the process of installing two more 9 MW waste heat recovery power generating plants, which will be commissioned in months to come.
The company is in the process of establishing a new cement plant at Kolumigundla in Kurnool district with clinkerisation capacity of 2.25 million tpa and cement manufacturing capacity of one million tpa.
The project will also have a waste heat recovery system of 12.15 MW capacity.
On commissioning the above-mentioned waste heat recovery systems, the company’s aggregate capacity of waste heat recovery plants will be 39.15 MW.

Four-laning of Arrah to Pararia section of NH-319 (old NH-30) from 0.00 km to 54.530 km (design chainage) in the state of Bihar under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I on EPC mode (Package-I), the accepted contract value for which is Rs 700 crore.
Four-laning of Pararia to Mohania section of NH-319 (oId NH-30) from 54.530 km to 115.330 km (design chainage) in the state of Bihar under Bharatmala Parlyojana Phase-I on EPC mode (Package II), the accepted contract value for which is Rs 690 crore.

Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has received letter of award (LoA) for a hybrid annuity mode (HAM) project.
The scope of work involves four-laning of NH-363 from Repallewada (design 42.000 km/existing 288.510 km) to Telangana/Maharashtra Border (design 94.602 km/existing 342.000 km) (design length – 52.602 km) in Telangana under NH (O).
The bid project cost is Rs 1,140.50 crore with completion period of 24 months and operation period of 15 years from COD. The cost of the first year operation and maintenance is Rs 3 crore.

The buildings and factories business of the company has secured a design and build lump sum turnkey order from a client in India to construct a Grade-A office space in two locations in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The water and effluent treatment business has secured an order from the Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board to provide surface-based bulk drinking water supply to Jalandhar town on design, build, operate and transfer basis. The project is part of the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) scheme.
L&T GeoStructure has been awarded projects to construct Down and Up Lines (Package-1 and -2) of a bypass grade separator in Katni district, Madhya Pradesh. The scope of work involves constructing around 2,800 piles, pile caps, piers, pier caps, superstructure, embankment with retaining walls, etc. The project duration is 36 months
